MicroAggressions are the often foundation where discrimination, harassment and bullying are built. Having a policy to address occurrences is the best way to get started eradicating bias and increasing inclusion in your workplace. 

Sarah also discusses Mizzou's failed diversity campaign and how the Always and McDonald's brands have shown progressive, inclusive and ethical leadership during Hot Topics.
